Hi, I’m Dan Cleary a wildlife and landscape photographer from Berlin, New Jersey. My journey with photography started at an early age. When I was 9, I received a Polaroid camera from Santa Claus for Christmas, and from that moment on, I was hooked. There was something about capturing a moment in time that truly stuck with me—and I haven’t put the camera down since.
For me, photography is more than just taking pictures. It’s about creating a connection with nature, telling visual stories, and transporting viewers to places they may have never seen—or even knew existed. From the quiet stillness of a misty morning to the raw energy of wildlife in motion, I aim to preserve those fleeting, often overlooked moments.
These days, I shoot primarily digital using Nikon gear, exploring everything from local trails to the wide-open beauty of America’s National Parks. Whether it’s a dramatic mountain vista or a spontaneous wildlife encounter, I’m always in search of that perfect shot that inspires a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy exploring my work as much as I enjoy capturing the moment.
